The glaring bedside lights in the bedroom made for a less-than-ideal lighting situation. The outdoor tables had uneven surfaces, making them impractical, and the chairs were quite uncomfortable for prolonged sitting. Occasionally, noise from other guests reached the room, which detracted slightly from the overall tranquility we hoped for.

We stayed in a comfortable Superior Double Room with Garden View and loved the fresh breakfast made just for us. The hosts, Adri and Cristian, really made us feel at home while providing helpful tips for local dining and great sightseeing around Viña del Mar.

My wife says that the outdoor seating could use more comfort for relaxing after a long day.

Perfect home away from home!

Spent a night here with friends and it was awesome! The manager was super friendly and helped us find great local spots to check out. The room was super comfy, and we loved chilling at the bar/lounge area. The only thing was the outdoor seating could be better for relaxing. Will definitely be back for more fun!

We stayed for 10 days at Esencia Hotel Boutique and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, with cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The property itself is beautiful and comfortable, and the hosts Cristian and Adri were incredibly helpful, making reservations for us and providing fantastic recommendations. The room was well-equipped with a desk, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom that made our stay comfortable. The personal touch from the hosts truly elevated our experience!

The outdoor tables and chairs were somewhat uncomfortable to use.
